ABOUT
I’m Nicole. I’m a runner, a mama to 2 boys, and a coach. With a Spanish father and an American mother, I grew up embracing my mixed-culture. This experience shaped both my approach to life and coaching. People are multi-faceted, made up of all our own unique attributes and experiences. That is how I coach my athletes as well; no two people are the same so no two training plans can be the same.
In my 20s and 30s I had a career in tech, working for Google for 12 years. While still working in tech, I started teaching yoga in 2015. It took me a few more years to eventually make the leap, but I now teach and coach full-time.
As a runner, I bring a lot of personal knowledge to my coaching practice. I hold a UESCA running coach certification, a Yoga Alliance-registered yoga teaching certification, and have pursued continuing education in strength, anatomy, and women’s health.
Training plans need to be effective, challenging, fun, and fit you and your life. That is my goal with every person I work with. My approach combines technical knowledge with a deep commitment to supporting your unique journey, something I consider a privilege to do.

MY THREE CORE PRINCIPLES OF COACHING
STAY CURIOUS.
You are capable of more than you realize. Go into each session with curiosity and ignore all those self-imposed limits.
DO THE THING.
Big wins don’t happen in a day, they happen after weeks, months, and years of doing the thing. Keep the commitment to yourself by showing up and doing what you can. Even 10 mins counts.
PRACTICE COMPASSION.
Life happens and not every workout is going to be strong. Give yourself the same compassion you would give someone else.
