At The Bone Gym, we focus on helping runners of any age or background train for longevity in sport. We do this by assessing each athlete’s background and creating a tailored plan that considers the whole picture. Together we work as a team to build endurance, strength, and improve mobility. ABOUT


Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m a runner, a mama to 2 boys, and a coach. With a Spanish father and an American mother, I grew up embracing my mixed-culture. This experience shaped both my approach to life and coaching. People are multi-faceted, made up of all our own unique attributes and experiences. That is how I coach my athletes as well; no two people are the same so no two training plans can be the same.

In my 20s and 30s I had a career in tech, working for Google for 12 years. While still working in tech, I started teaching yoga in 2015. It took me a few more years to eventually make the leap, but I now teach and coach full-time.

As a runner, I bring a lot of personal knowledge to my coaching practice. I hold a UESCA running coach certification, a Yoga Alliance-registered yoga teaching certification, and have continuing education in strength, anatomy, and women’s health.
